The staff were exceptionally cooperative and polite throughout our stay — nothing was too much to ask. That hospitality alone made us want to come back.
The view from the balcony is unlike anything I've seen. A boutique property means personal service you simply don't get at large resorts.
The rooms are genuinely spacious — and the balcony view sealed it for us. So much more room than the typical Nainital hotels we've stayed in.
The rooftop was the highlight — our kids didn't want to leave. Honestly, it's the one feature that made us pick Excel over other Nainital options.
A wonderful family experience. Open lawns, the play area, and plenty of room for the grandparents and kids to spread out. We'll be back.
